    Job Description

    Job Summary

    The eCommerce Specialist role reports to the Senior Director eCommerce, and acts as support for our various National and Associate National Account Managers for eComm accounts including Amazon, Wayfair, Build and others. The eComm Specialist is a highly motivated individual and strong team player with a strong knowledge and understanding of eCommerce, particularly Amazon. This individual is a driven problem solver who embodies ownership and urgency, with strong focus on results. The role acts as the back-end support for our eCommerce sales channels, working with many cross functional teams including Finance, Digital Shelf, Order Management, Demand Planning and Compliance to ensure our eComm business runs smoothly and on a high-growth trajectory.

    Responsibilities

    • Curate and maintain extensive product catalogs for Master Lock, SentrySafe and Yale on our eComm platforms ensuring up-to-date prices, images, descriptions, attributes, and promotion accuracy.
    • Work cross-functionally with Planning to ensure products are in stock and available inventories are correct.
    • Develop and deliver regular reports on sales, fill rates and inventory.
    • Support Ecommerce with special projects, reporting, and ad hoc requests.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Responsible for regular audits, ensuring the accuracy of content and effective merchandising.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop the plan and optimize the tools needed to achieve successful sell-in and sell-through.
    • Troubleshoot with channel partners (i.e. Amazon SVS representative) to address issues like page content, out of stock recoveries and chargebacks
    • Participate in special projects as needed, including eCommerce POD support.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2-5 years sales, customer service or marketing experience working with online channels.
    • 2-5 years sales or marketing experience working with Amazon, including Vendor Central platform
    • Strong sense of urgency and bias for action.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing priorities effectively.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to compile information and work with data to make decisions.
    • Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
    • Excellent planning, organization and prioritization skills.

    Additional Information:

    Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $45,000 USD - $77,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
