    This is an in-person role in Ontario, California

    We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy E-Commerce Administrative Analyst to support both digital operations and the CEO of the company directly. This dynamic role combines executive support, e-commerce system coordination, IT troubleshooting, and compliance oversight. The ideal candidate is an organized multitasker who can manage timelines, assist with backend functions, and help drive efficiency across digital workflows and automations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO, including scheduling, internal communications, meeting coordination, and ensuring follow-through on key action items.

    Track timelines, project milestones, and performance targets to ensure team execution aligns with company goals and deadlines.

    Support compliance-related tasks such as vendor form tracking, documentation maintenance, and regulatory submissions

    Offer first-level IT support for e-commerce systems, including troubleshooting issues within platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, PIMs, or third-party integrations, and provide intermediate technical support, including managing automations and assisting with system improvements

    Utilize project management and task tracking tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello) to support accountability and workflow optimization.

    Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure backend accuracy and cross-functional alignment.

    Qualifications

    2+ years of experience in an e-commerce, administrative, executive assistant, or digital operations role

    Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or PIM systems

    Intermediate technical knowledge of digital tools, integrations, or automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make)

    Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with strong data analysis and reporting skills.

    Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.

    Experience working directly with executives or business owners in a fast-paced environment.

    Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Familiarity with compliance workflows and documentation standards

    Experience supporting remote teams or high-growth business operations.

    Working knowledge of backend logic, system automations, or platform configurations.
