Key Candidate Requirements
Experience: 5-7+ years selling consumer products on Amazon (consumer electronics preferred, but not a must have).
Track Record: Proven ability to turn around or scale Amazon sales by $2–5M annually.
Tools: Proficiency in Helium10, JungleScout, DataDive, Amazon Ads Console, and Shopify.
Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing a small team or freelancers (creative, ads, SEO).
Walmart.com: Strong selling experience on Walmart.com.
Logistics: Hands-on experience with product forecasting and creating FBA shipments to Amazon warehouses.
Additional Requirements
Own and manage the full Amazon P&L (listings, ads, promotions, review growth).
Run PPC campaigns (Amazon Ads, DSP) with strong optimization of ACOS/ROAS.
Improve SEO and keyword ranking across Amazon and other platforms.
Refresh listings with A+ content, brand store updates, and videos.
Expand presence on Shopify and TikTok.
Manage external partners (SEO firms, creative agencies, logistics providers).
Deliver monthly reporting and forecasts.
