    Job Brief

    As our E-commerce Merchandiser, you’ll serve as the key link between front-end merchandising on Shopify and back-end operations in Dynamics 365 Business Central. In this role, you'll ensure product data, inventory, and merchandising are seamlessly aligned across platforms to create a consistent and reliable experience. You’ll also play a critical role in optimizing the customer journey, uncovering opportunities to increase cart value, and supporting strategic marketing and sales initiatives. By driving data integrity, executing impactful campaigns, and streamlining end-to-end inventory workflows, you’ll help elevate both operational efficiency and the overall customer experience.

    ** Responsibilities**

    Shopify Merchandising

    • Build and optimize product pages, collections, landing pages, and filtering systems to enhance usability and engagement.
    • Leverage Shopify Metaobjects to support visually compelling merchandising and rich brand storytelling.
    • Enhance site navigation and discoverability through thoughtful search and filter optimization.

    Marketplace Merchandising (eBay, Amazon, and Additional Channels)

    • Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and imagery across third-party marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, ensuring consistency with the brand’s core e-commerce presence.
    • Optimize product visibility and performance on each platform through SEO best practices, category placement, and promotional tools.
    • Monitor marketplace performance metrics, customer reviews, and seller ratings to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

    Inventory & ERP Synchronization

    • Ensure product data, pricing, and inventory levels remain accurate and consistent across Shopify and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
    • Use Business Central to support demand forecasting, generate purchase orders, and manage inventory replenishment workflows.

    Campaign & Launch Coordination

    • Plan and execute product launches, seasonal merchandising campaigns, and promotional events.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign execution with broader brand and business strategies.

    Performance Tracking & Optimization

    • Analyze site and product performance using tools like Shopify Analytics and GA4 to understand customer behavior and campaign impact.
    • Translate insights into actionable updates—adjusting layouts, content, and product placements to drive conversions and improve site performance.

    Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

    • Work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, operations, finance, and development to ensure alignment and efficiency across workflows.
    • Identify opportunities to improve merchandising processes and enhance integration between systems.

    ** Requirements & Qualifications**

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in e‑commerce merchandising and/or inventory planning.
    • Deep familiarity with Shopify (themes, content, SEO, merchandising).
    • Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central and ERP integration logic.
    • Proactively takes initiative to set clear direction and drive merchandising activities forward.
    • Strong data analysis skills.
    • Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams.
    • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
