We are seeking an eCommerce Specialist with a proven track record as an eCommerce genius and wholesaling expertise to join our fast-paced, growth-oriented team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive sales on platforms including TikTok, Temu, Walmart Marketplace, and other relevant channels, aligning with brand expansion goals.
- Manage end-to-end product listings, including creating compelling product descriptions, optimizing visuals, and ensuring competitive pricing to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Leverage wholesaling expertise to source high-demand FMCG and premium products, negotiating with suppliers to secure cost-effective inventory that supports healthy profit margins.
- Analyze platform-specific trends, consumer behavior, and market data to identify opportunities for product placement and promotional campaigns, particularly on social commerce platforms like TikTok.
- Create and execute engaging content strategies, including short-form video content for TikTok and other platforms, to boost brand awareness and drive traffic to product listings.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) to ensure maximum profitability.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless inventory management, order fulfillment, and delivery for eCommerce sales.
- Stay ahead of eCommerce trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging marketplaces to maintain a competitive edge in product positioning and sales strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership, highlighting sales achievements, platform performance, and areas for growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with platform representatives and third-party vendors to enhance presence and negotiate favorable terms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, with a strong focus on selling through online platforms such as TikTok, Temu, Walmart Marketplace, or similar marketplaces.
- Proven wholesaling experience, including sourcing products, negotiating with suppliers, and managing inventory for eCommerce sales.
- Demonstrated success as an eCommerce genius, with a track record of driving significant sales growth and profitability through online marketplaces.
- Proficiency in creating and optimizing product listings, including writing compelling copy, selecting high-quality visuals, and leveraging SEO best practices.

Compensation
The eCommerce Specialist role offers a competitive base salary of $80,000-$100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, this position provides a very hefty commission structure, with 15-20% of profits generated from eCommerce sales, offering the potential to earn significant additional income based on performance.
