eGourmet Solutions is a National Logistics and eCommerce Fulfillment company specializing in frozen, refrigerated and dry perishable goods. Our headquarters are located in Kansas City and we're looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our team. This is a Full-Time position. Hours will vary based on recruiting needs and average 35-40 hours per week. Hours are flexible, however, the majority need to be done during typical business hours, Monday-Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting:
- Create and manage job postings
- Pre-screeen candidates via phone and/or Zoom
- Schedule in-person interviews with on-site management
On-Boarding new employees:
- Manage all on-boarding responsibilities of new hires, including the verification and completion of required paperwork
HR / Payroll:
- Processing bi-weekly payroll
- Provide the PEO with hourly information so they can process our payroll twice a month
- Manage the PTO submission requests
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding administrative issues, such as payroll, address changes, garnishments, PTO, etc.
- Coordinate current and new agreements with temporary agencies, end of assignments, etc.
- Coordinate/Track employee trainings.
- Track leave of absences, FMLA, etc.
- Coordinate/Execute employee events and recognition programs.
- Manage/Assist employee coaching and counseling.
- Provide assistance to the Office Managers as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of HR experience in a support role
- Experience with recruiting candidates in variety of roles
- Positive, upbeat and personable
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Bilingual is a plus

Wage: $16 to $20 per hour based on experience
