eGourmet Solutions is a National Logistics and eCommerce Fulfillment company specializing in frozen, refrigerated and dry perishable goods. Our headquarter warehouse is located in Kansas City and we are expanding and building a team of motivated people who are responsive and flexible in addressing business opportunities and committed to driving business results. We are seeking an entry level and entrepreneurial IT administrator who will be responsible for network and administrative projects. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic and interested in being involved in the many different facets of an eCommerce Fulfillment business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION AND MAINTENANCE 

• 1. Database Administration (MS SQL and MySQL).

   

• 2. Manage office 365 subscriptions & users, Active Directory, etc.

   

• 3. Manage internal systems including phone system, attendance loggers, Temperature loggers, Security and Monitoring systems, etc.

   

• 4. Assist in integration between company's systems and a variety of shopping carts 5. Provide overview & training of current internal systems to new hires 6. Firewall (Sophos UTM)

Technologies used: 

• a. VMware ESXi (virtualization) 
• b. Windows Server/domain controller 
• c. MSSQL and MySQL server

TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT 

• 1. Manage incoming projects including transition to a new Order Management System, setup of internal dashboard reporting tool and migration to a new Financial ERP.

   

• 2. Oversee adjustment to current client portal to allow access for “self-serve" client order management functions 3. Assist in redesign of billing module

SUPPORT 

• 1. Troubleshooting issues with peripherals (printers, scanners,etc)

   

• 2. Create ODBC connections

   

• 3. Setup new IT processes for daily operational issues as they occur

   

• 4. Answer various technical questions from clients ranging from integration setup, file import, to client portal walk through

   

• 5. Gain understanding of current systems and provide insight into possible solutions to a variety of client requests

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Positive outlook and entrepreneurial spirit

Excellent verbal, written and listening skills

Highly organized with excellent trouble shooting ability
