eGourmet Solutions is a National Logistics and eCommerce Fulfillment company specializing in frozen, refrigerated and dry perishable goods. Our headquarter warehouse is located in Kansas City and we're looking for an innovative thinker who is driven and proactive to join our expanding team. This is an entry level position for someone interested in learning the many different aspects of a fast growing eCommerce business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily accounting activities including AP invoices and AR billing

• Process weekly ACH customer and vendor payments

• Business specific counts and analysis such as materials inventory

• Review forecasts to manage the procurement process

• Complete month and year end closing activities

• Help improve and implement new processes and procedures

• Work closely with Client Services department to ensure financial alignment

• Assist in monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards and general ledger accounts

• Prepare daily cash worksheet

• Review and analysis of customer orders using various programs, including Excel

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and project management skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with great attention to detail

• Professional verbal and written communication skills

• Advanced skills in Excel

• Knowledge of accounting software, databases and QuickBooks (preferred)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management (preferred)
