RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate daily scheduling
Answer phone calls
Communicate effectively with clients and employees
Sales & Customer Service
Ensure customer satisfaction (quality and timely delivery) and budget objectives are met
REQUIREMENTS
eMaids is looking for true professionals who are serious about their work, passionate about cleaning and are extremely customer service oriented.
Candidate must:
Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent computer skills
Very detail-oriented and follows tasks and projects through to completion
Be a fast learner
Be a team player
Bilingual Spanish speakers, a plus!
