• Coordinate daily scheduling
• Answer phone calls
• Communicate effectively with clients and employees
• Help promote sales
• Ensure customer satisfaction (quality and timely delivery) and budget objectives are met

REQUIREMENTSeMaids is looking for true professionals who are serious about their work, passionate about cleaning and are extremely customer service oriented.  Candidate must:

• Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Excellent computer skills
• Very detail-oriented and follows tasks and projects through to completion
• Be a fast learner
• Be a team player 
• Bilingual Spanish speakers, a plus!
