Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English and Spanish)

Fast Growing Cleaning Service seeks an aggressive inside sales/customer service person, who is a highly organized and detail-oriented person. Great potential for the right individual.

Candidate Must speak Spanish

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Candidate must have prior sales experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written).

*Excellent computer skills.

*Very detail oriented and follows tasks and projects through to completion

• Must be a go-getter!

• Must be a Team Player

Job responsibilities may include:

⦁ Sales- Book clients that call in for estimate

⦁ Answer phone calls

⦁ Respond to all emails

⦁ Daily scheduling /data entry

⦁ Answer live chat

⦁ Deal with any Customer service issues- upgrade to owner when needed

⦁ Send email appt reminders

⦁ Responding to leads and making sure all follow ups are done regularly

⦁ Complete jobs on daily basis and process payments

⦁ Follow up with clients to ensure quality control

⦁ Make sure the maids are checking in and out of their jobs

⦁ Send the maids their schedule and make sure they confirm it
