REQUIREMENTS
eMaids is looking for true professionals who are serious about their work, love to clean and are extremely customer service oriented. We are looking to grow our team and help grow your career! We want you to Bring value, not drama. This means showing up on time and reliably, actively being a team player, approaching challenging jobs with grit, seeking out ways to grow your skills, and being an amazing ambassador for eMaids on every job you’re assigned to. Do you have the following, if so, we want to hear from you!
1+ years cleaning or housekeeping experience
Have high cleaning standards and take pride in their cleaning ability.
Provide courteous services at all times according to our checklist.
Have a flexible schedule.
The ability to commute to different areas
Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
Must be authorized to work in US
MUST have a working understanding of technology (smartphone, GPS, email)
Must be comfortable working in multiple location
Must be comfortable working in a team or alone
MUST clean according to our training standards and easy to learn techniques
MUST have a flexible schedule with at least 20 hours a week for eMaids.
Here’s a few things that aren’t required, but it would be extra awesome:
Having experience in Hotel industry room cleaning is desired
Have knowledge of cleaning supplies and how to use them.
Availability to work full-time, but part time is ok too (we need you!)
Professional drive- every Residential Cleaner is on track to becoming a Training Manager within 6-months. It all comes down to you working hard and wanting to get promoted!
