We’re looking for a full-time appointment setter to provide excellent customer service for our busy mortgage office. You will be working with real estate agents to set appointments with loan officers, conduct follow-up calls from a customer database, and gather referrals from previous clients. We provide a script, but you’ll need to be a quick thinker and problem-solver to answer client questions, address concerns, or direct clients to the proper channel. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of phone sales and outbound cold calling experience, along with the strong ability to multitask. Previous experience in an inside sales role is highly desirable. You’ll need a computer for work, Internet access, and a microphone headset to effectively communicate with clients. If you’re ready to move your career forward with a supportive team of dedicated professionals, please apply today! $16 per hour plus bonuses / PART-TIME - HOURS FLEXIBLE - 4 HOURS A DAY Responsibilities: Make appointments to loan officers on behalf of real estate agents Create and maintain a system for gathering referrals from past clients Field basic questions from clients about product and services or direct to proper channel Achieve quotas for weekly appointment setting for real estate agents Inform clients about products, prices, features, and their benefits through scripted phone calls Qualifications: 1 year of phone sales and outbound cold calling experience A high school diploma or equivalent such as a GED is required Must have a computer that can be used for work and access to the internet You will need a high-quality headset with microphone for this position Prefer a working knowledge of software including Microsoft Word and Google Docs along with basic computer skills Compensation: $16 hourly + bonus
