    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    1. Plan and execute inbound and outbound campaigns that leverage email, social, paid media, webinars, physical and virtual events to hit our quarterly MQL/SQL targets.

    2. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, external agencies to build, test, and optimize campaign assets, including ads, copy, email templates and landing pages.

    3. Collaborate with industry associations, as well as technology and integration partners to drive co-marketing programs.

    4. Partner with the ADRs and sales reps to ensure timely and quality campaign planning, execution and follow-up to optimize our investments.

    5. Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement. Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.

    6. Periodically work with customer success on various on-boarding and retention initiatives, with a goal of maintaining/building a referenceable base for review recruitment, testimonial videos, podcast interviews or long-form case studies.

    COMPETENCIES:

    • Experience (5+ years) in digital or product marketing, ideally with companies or agencies in the B2B SaaS industry. Bonus points if you’ve worked in the architecture, engineering or construction verticals.

    • A track record in applying growth mindset behaviors - curiosity, bias for quick experimentation and applied learning, unorthodox thinking, and focus on achieving results.

    • Strong short-form copywriting and editing skills, including email, social and paid ads.

    • High bias for execution, attention to details, project management skills, and a willingness to develop basic processes and templates to help the team scale efficiently.

    • Basic understanding of the B2B marketing and sales funnel, stages, and ability to identify and accelerate opportunity creation. Experience with reporting and dashboards (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, ahrefs, etc.) highly desirable.

    • Comfortability working with and developing expertise in various aspects of a B2B marketing technology stack (Marketo, Drift, Hootsuite, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Wordpress, Google Analytics, AdWords, and other tools to be implemented).

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

    This position has no supervisor responsibility.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    This position is fully remote with quarterly requirement to travel to conferences or tradeshows in the US and Canada.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    • Frequent Alpha/Numeric Keyboarding: 90%

    • Ability to View Computer Monitor: 90%

    • Take Notes in Written Form: 50%

    • Ability to lift or carry heavy boxes or crates (for live events purposes): 25%

    POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

    This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.

    TRAVEL:

    This position requires regular travel up to 25%.

    ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:

    Must submit to a background check as a contingency for the position.
