    Job Description

    We are seeking a Help Desk/Systems Support for a long-term contract this is hybrid/onsite two days a week downtown Austin and 1st shift. This position will be a key part of a long-term Support Teams efforts in providing telephone and desktop computer support to client end Users and client on site contractors.

    Duties include: - Provide on-site and remote technical support for customers, computers, mobile phones, and tablets

    Required Skills

    - Minimum 5 years experience in hands-on computer technical support

    - Strong Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Office 365 troubleshooting experience

    - Experience working in a fast-paced, matrix-managed environment with rapidly changing priorities

    - Mature communication skills, strong personal discretion, and a genuine customer service orientation

    - Ability to work and communicate with technical team members and end users via phone and in person.
