JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a professional, hard working, and tech-savvy individual to join our team and provide information and resolutions to eTags customers. This is a solutions oriented role for our Port Jefferson office. PSB or DMV experience required. Daily tasks include:

• Review and organizing title and registration documents for accuracy and conformity to specified DMV requirements.
• Resolving titling issues through interaction with customer service, dealers, and regulatory agencies
• Submitting title and registration transactions digitally
• Maintain knowledge of current DMV regulations
• Maintaining database records of order changes, contact history, and more
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Challenging yourself to go above and beyond and raise the bar for excellence in the work environment

*THE START DATE WILL BE AT THE END OF AUGUST OR BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER.

QUALIFICATIONS

A person qualified for this role will have the ability to:

• PSB or DMV office experience. We can help you obtain your license if it has expired.
• Think critically to address issues and take initiative to resolve problems
• Pay attention to detail and address all requests fully and efficiently
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner, verbally and in writing
• Work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Identify areas of improvement in self and for the team

Additionally, a qualified individual will be able to meet the following requirements:

• Proficiency with Windows based applications
• Ability to type 30 or more words per minute
• Experience working with web-based tools for order management
• Tech savvy individual who needs little to no assistance assimilating with new programs
