Visit our website, for more information. We are seeking a Customer Service Support Representative who will provide service for our construction industry clients. You will need to have a reasonable understanding of the building and construction industry as well as be able to provide exceptional customer service over phone, online sessions and email. You will also be a member of our team to improve our product by troubleshooting, testing and creating knowledge-based articles for our online Support Center ( . You will be trained on our product and will be provided with the tools to accomplish your job. Responsibilities Provide first-level support to eTakeoff Dimension users including, but not limited to: * Interact with customers in a professional manner using a consultative approach * Help users with the software features and capabilities * Troubleshoot & gather information about customer issues while connected remotely to their computers * Reproduce & diagnose issues to provide feedback to product development teams & Quality Assurance * Provide rigorous testing of new releases and fixed bugs * Identify product and procedural changes that will reduce support calls and increase usability Qualifications Required * Minimum 2 years of customer service and direct client contact experience * Minimum 2 years experience working with Help Desk Software * Reasonable Knowledge of the Construction Industry * Ability to work independently and work in home office * Ability to work as a productive member of a team * Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to pay high attention to detail * Must be proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook & Word) * Must have a positive, friendly disposition * Must be dependable and punctual * College degree preferred or equivalent work experience Must have high speed internet and your own computer to start. We will supply company computer after evaluation period.
