At eWaste ePlanet LLC, we are a small business that continues to find growth opportunities in the world of Electronics Recycling. With that said, we are currently in the process of adding a hybrid office & account management role for someone looking to get into the sustainability field. Ideally, the Account Manager has solid communication skills, an entrepreneurial attitude, is adept at problem-solving and is a self-starter.

This Account Management position will get personalized training in various areas of business, including, but not limited to:

• Customer relations
• Inbound and outbound sales strategies
• Quickbooks, Salesforce, and recycling software training
• Small business experience where you will be expected to wear many hats, no day will look the exact same

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents to existing customers
• Coordinate and schedule pickups, appointments and events
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Perform all other office tasks
• Work with sales and operations teams to be able to provide feedback about orders to customers
• Generating and following up on invoices and purchase orders
• Ability to pickup on technical work we do here in order to effectively communicate with our clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Zero-Three years of experience
• Communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to take on any task
• Task Management & Prioritization
• Sales mentality
• Flexibility & open-mindedness in structure - every day will be different than the last
• Social Media experience
• Not afraid to get your hands dirty in the warehouse!
