Responsibilities: Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Passionate about selling Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000
