Responsibilities: • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Self motivated and self sufficient • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities Compensation: $100,000 yearly
