RESPONSIBILITIES

Eye for cleaning details and ability to organize tasks efficiently

Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, team members and leadership

Safely and cost effectively use cleaning products to achieve desired result

Comfortable and discreet in customer homes

Arrive at office/customer home on time with great attitude and all necessary supplies

Load and maintain supplies in company vehicle (if applicable)

Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and report any issues to management

Greet customers with happy, positive attitude and explain or answer any questions they have

Safely bring equipment/product supplies into customer home and use appropriately

Execute ecomaids 64-Point Cleaning Checklist as trained in each customer's home/apartment

Convey any unusual findings about customer's home to the customer

Ensure all equipment and supplies are removed from customer's home and loaded into vehicle safely

Notify customer's when leaving and say good-bye warmly

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong work ethic and proven reliability

Bi-lingual - English/Spanish (must be able to communicate in English)

Must pass a background check

Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle (personal use 2 days/week)
