We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team with customer service experience including phone, email communication professionalism and computer systems proficiency; with room to grow into Management for the right candidate that proves to have initiative, accountability and can achieve goals with proactive management of the client relationship (sales and administrative).
Job Description:
25 hours per week in-office (days of week TBD/DOA).An Office Assistant will share administrative tasks of incoming calls and emails for service support, scheduling, sales and general inquiries. This role is responsible for weekly revenue goals by maintaining a fully booked schedule and handling efficient late opening fills. Accuracy, organization and follow through are essential in multi-tasking the various priorities and ensuring all clients are cared for efficiently and thoroughly. A positive attitude and smiling phone voice is a must! We are a caring, family-like environment so the same supportive nature we expect for our clients is to exist for all team members. The Office Assistant supports all aspects of the Admin, Sales and Field Services functions.
Specific Responsibilities:
Incoming communications-timely and accurate response
Sales-filling openings and nurturing leads and new clients
Client scheduling
Accounting tasks of deposit, review invoicing and accounts receivable
Marketing-social media engagement
Field support-emergency coverage or rescue
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year customer service experience
Self-motivated and ability to work both in a team and independently
Ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and loyalty
Flexible interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively throughout all levels of the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer proficiency, with working knowledge of word processing, email and interoffice communication, spreadsheet applications, social media
Valid DL required and may include tasks related to driving
Compensation:
$16 per hour
