If you can handle a high volume of business, are willing to be coached, and adopt our proven systems and processes, you can increase your production and service to a large group of buyers and sellers in this market. Responsibilities: • Utilize local knowledge of the community to provide detailed information about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhoods to assist clients in making informed decisions • Consistently follow up with leads to expand the sales pipeline and ensure no opportunities are missed • Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance sales opportunities and create a personalized experience for each client • Actively seek out new leads to drive business growth and promote the company's services • Conduct meetings with clients to identify their home preferences, address their needs effectively, and facilitate successful home purchases • Manage the listing and selling of residential real estate properties in the Chino, CA area • Skillfully negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with both buyers and sellers to secure successful deals • Present compelling listing value propositions to sellers, highlighting the unique benefits of working with our team • Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the real estate transaction process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience Qualifications: • To be considered for this position as a Zillow Flex Real Estate Sales Agent in Chino, CA, US, you must possess a valid Real Estate License • Being tech-savvy is a crucial requirement for this role • Preferred qualifications include a proven track record of successful sales experience • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills are essential for this position • The ideal candidate should be driven, self-motivated, and have a desire for professional growth • Organizational skills and effective time management are key attributes needed for this role Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 yearly
