Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • List and sell residential real estate • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers • Prepare and provide a strong listing value proposition to sellers • Consult and guide clients through all the important aspects of conducting a real estate purchase or sale • Work Hard For Your Clients And Reap The Rewards Qualifications: • Show good organizational and time management skills • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $100,000 - $275,000 yearly
