    Position Overview

    The Junior Consultant Intern will work directly with our team of experienced consultants to help our clients solve problems and drive change to help our clients reach their business goals. At eighty2i, we provide a wide range of consulting services to our clients, meaning projects will vary depending on the client, their goals, and their challenges. The Junior Consultant Intern will gain experience through various disciplines and backgrounds to increase their understanding of complex business problems and strategic growth and planning. 

    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with our team of experienced consultants to solve specific client challenges and facilitate solutions.
    • Assist consultants in optimizing the scope, benefits, and risks of proposed projects.
    • Develop a relationship with client, gain an understanding of their business, goals, and needs. 
    • Conduct research and analysis, presenting findings to consulting team and clients as needed.
    • Complete client projects effectively and efficiently while maintaining a high level of proficiency.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in business, Finance, or related field
    • Advanced graduate degree in progress (e.g. MBA, PhD, etc.)
    • Possess a passion for entrepreneurship and playing a key role in the development of startups
    • Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
    • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse group of people
    • Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbally
    • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and a familiarity with data management tools
