Position Overview

The consultant will be responsible for utilizing their specific area of expertise to propel our clients into the next phase in their business development. The Consultant will develop a strong understanding of the client’s specific needs and utilize their expertise and skills to develop solutions that will enable our clients to reach their goals and grow their business. The Consultant should be an analytical individual with strong leadership skills and ability to identify opportunities and proactively develop solutions. 

Responsibilities

• Mentor clients, work on projects independently and collaboratively, contribute as an effective team member and lead clients to successful project delivery.
• Work closely with company executives and management to develop strategic business initiatives for clients to reach their objectives.
• Develop a clear understanding of client’s needs and goals and work to create effective programs and solutions to drive business growth.
• Work with senior management in the delivery of client engagement and associated outputs, supporting the company in client management, project management, and the development of high-quality client deliverables.
• Proactively identify and establish future-facing insights and recommendations to solve client’s problems.
• Additional duties as required

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in business/data analysis with the ability to translate ambiguous information.
• Experience collaborating and communicating across different users, stakeholders, teams, and clients.
• Critical thinker, able to successfully obtain information from various resources and individuals.  
• Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment; able to navigate competing priorities with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey information to the appropriate audience.

Details

Job Location & Working Hours

Work remotely from anywhere with less than 10% travel as our clients and company needs and  availability would be consistent with the time zones for our clients and consultants. 

Reporting Relationship

We are an agile organization ensuring the best delivery of our services. While this position  reports directly to the CEO, daily interaction will be with our Chief of Staff.
