Marketer, Client Experience

Skillset Requirements:

Required: Experience with AEM (creating content, approving content, testing and publishing, tagging/tracking via Analytics).

Project management experience with multiple deliverables and stakeholders.

Experience with email creation and management, multi-channel messaging, digital campaigns, tech testing, legal reviews, and project team collaboration.

Financial services knowledge and experience.

Adobe experience (the team used Adobe, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics

Optional but preferred: bi-lingual and can speak/write in Spanish, Retirement Plan experience

Soft Skill Requirements:

Needs to have the know-how to push projects forward

Very communicative, able to ask questions, pick up on processes quickly

• The team is very lean at the moment, so this person needs to come in and make an immediate impact on this team
