JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative LOCATION: Gladstone, NJ

JOB TITLE JOB SUMMARY:

As a Call Center/Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming phone calls from healthcare providers, clients, and members to identify the type of assistance the customer needs.

JOB TITLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Serve as the liaison between the company, members, and providers

· Handle inbound calls from healthcare providers as well as making outbound calls

· Delivery of prompt, accurate, and cost-effective service for clients

· Attempt first call resolution through provider education, and by researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions

· Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements

JOB TITLE JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· 2+ years of experience within healthcare industry, preferable in a call center environment.

· Excellent written & verbal communication skills ‘

· Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel & navigation of internet

· Strong prioritizing & organizational skills
