Job description United Partners Group is a nationwide distribution company specializing in Hemp derived delta products. Exotics is looking for entry level sales professionals to leverage our existing lead database and contacts. Sales professionals should be able to confidently communicate with accounts to pitch, close, and maintain multiple relationships across all Exotic product lines. All sales professionals will work from the Exotics sales office and use company provided devices and applications to track daily activities. Your Responsibilities * Sales to new customers: You will develop and support key retail relationships in the US. This includes identification of ideal customers in your region and undertaking end-to-end sales activities, including pitching, sending samples, follow-ups and onboarding. Proven ability to drive sales pipeline is really key; * Drive demand: Develop and manage relationships with your accounts to assist them in positioning Exotics product offering in stores and creating consumer demand at the store level; * Conduct quarterly and/or annual business reviews with key customers; * Collaborate with Exotics central Marketing/Brand, Operations and Sales teams to develop overall sales strategies, annual business plans, and operating budgets; * Participation at brand/marketing events such as trade shows, brand activations, and various other interactions Experience / Skills * Any knowledge of vape, cannabis, or any hemp/nicotine derived products * Strong analytical and creative problem solving abilities, verbal/written communication, work organization, influence management, and contract negotiation skills; * Passion for sales * CRM experience; * Self starter, natural collaborator, disciplined; * Exemplary written and spoken English/Arabic language skills.
