JOB PURPOSE:
The Human Resources Generalist executes and drives the established HR processes and procedures. He/she also supports the HR Manager in other day to day activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Minimum: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or 1-3 years of related field or equivalent HR experience
Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing environment. Willing to relocate in the future.
