As a Guest Care Supervisor, you will be a leader in evaluating new dogs for acceptance into our daycare program. Key performance indicators (KPIs) are the things that will ensure that our business runs smoothly, and our clients are delighted. You’ll also provide training and supervision to the Guest Care team. You will ensure that each day under your shift is run like a well-oiled fun machine.

Your (KPIs) ARE:

1. Client delight indicated by positive reviews
2. Facility clean and fresh smelling always
3. Supplies stocked. Equipment in working condition.
4. Organize and oversee belongings, feeding, medication, baths/grooming or other services
5. Team trained on task, and a happy work environment

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. 1 year of Dog Daycare or Kennel leadership experience

Reliable transportation

Experience taking care of dogs in a group setting and lodging

Experience in maintaining/cleaning a business

Experience in the leadership and conflict resolution

Demonstrated flexibility

Job and Equipment Requirement:

Must be able to Lift and Carry over 25 Pounds, Bend, Stand, Hear, See, Go Up and Down Stairs
