About the Role:

Join Renue Systems Central Texas as a Floor Tech, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of various flooring surfaces. We are looking for dedicated individuals to provide exceptional cleaning and restoration services in a friendly and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform floor cleaning, buffing, and polishing on a variety of surfaces including tile, carpet, and hardwood.

Inspect and assess flooring conditions to determine appropriate cleaning methods.

Utilize specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to achieve optimal results.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed to support team efforts.

Requirements:

Previous experience in floor care or a related field preferred.

Knowledge of various flooring types and appropriate cleaning techniques.

Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
