    The Seminar Network is seeking an Executive Assistant to support The Seminar Network Finance leadership team through expense report processing, scheduling, travel booking and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, have excellent time management skills, be very proactive in their approach to their role, and show the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and projects.


    The Seminar Network’s Finance team provides outsourced financial services.  We work hard to foster a culture that encourages entrepreneurial thinking, embraces change, and values each individual.


    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support for executive staff.
    • Handle administrative tasks including expense reports, timekeeping, correspondence, calendar scheduling, and travel arrangements.
    • Serve as team liaison for executives as needed.
    • Collaborate with Executive Assistants from partner organizations to schedule meetings.
    • Manage rapidly shifting priorities in a professional and respectful manner.
    • Communicate effectively with other departments and clients on special, nonrecurring, and ongoing projects.
    • Serve as an appropriate representation of the executive team.
    • Assist with other special projects to include planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, and organizing events.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred
    • 1-2 Years of experience supporting executive level staff preferred
    • Comprehensive skills in Microsoft Office
    • Self-motivated, organized team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple projects at one time
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
    • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information and be discreet
    • Possesses a friendly, professional demeanor, and positive phone presence
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while integrating a high degree of attention to detail and organization
    • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize on behalf of different executives
    • Familiarity with and commitment to free-market principles
