     The Seminar Network is seeking a Member Relations Associate to join their growing development team. This role will work within a fast-moving team to manage existing network membership and be a key driver in implementing a comprehensive new member recruitment strategy.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Forge new relationships via phone, email, letter or other means to follow-up on past interactions, create successful introductions and solidify relationships with potential member prospects and their staff.
    • Develop, expand, and execute recruitment strategies to grow the national membership of business leaders.
    • Drive the execution for new leads and known opportunities to both expand the prospect pipeline and convert existing prospective accounts to members.
    • Assist to maintain database quality and reporting accuracy. 
    • Assist with the ongoing management and stewardship of existing member relations
    • Conduct research and coordinate preparatory materials for meetings and opportunities that advance recruitment objectives. 
    • Assist in the on-site management of events.
    • Actively seek out new ways to improve recruitment process and mechanisms.

     Qualifications:

    • 1 – 3 years’ experience working in a professional office environment
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
    • Computer proficiency required, including MS Office (particularly Excel and Outlook), some database experience preferred.
    • Solid understanding of and commitment to key principles, and the advancement of liberty and principals supporting economic freedom
    • Ability to exhibit entrepreneurial behavior and a self-starter attitude
    • Demonstrated high degree of discretion and confidentiality
    • Ability to prioritize; excellent organizational skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills
