Join us to do the best work of your life.

At frog we are united by our shared passion for outcomes that transform the human experience. We accomplish these outcomes by taking on complex challenges, big asks, and things that have never been done before. We look beyond point solutions and apply design to the creation of new strategies, systems, and—in some cases—entirely new businesses.

Our work is transformational because our people are extraordinary. frogs are analytical and artistic, conservative and unconventional, technical and whimsical. We look for hybrid talents and build teams around divergent expertise, which allows us to solve problems and uncover opportunities in unique ways. frogs are some of the best talent in the world, and together we advance the human experience through design.

The Position: Senior Strategist, Product & Brand

    The Contribution:

Senior Strategists work with a multi-disciplinary team of designers, technologists and program managers through the “fuzzy front end” of an engagement, establishing the frameworks that will guide the outcome. As the architect of the early project vision, it is critical that the Senior Strategist make clients feel both comfortable with and engaged in the entire design process. They work closely with designers and technologists to inject strategic considerations into each step of a client initiative. Senior Strategists must be adaptable to fast-changing situations, adept at answering tough questions from clients, and diplomatic in their assessment of the clients’ needs.

The Senior Strategist is trusted to work with limited supervision from a strategy director. They must be proactive and independent in running their aspect of projects, and confident in making critical decisions when information may be incomplete or conflicting.

    You Are:

Someone who wants to influence your own development. You’re looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests across functions, industries and geographies, and where a job title is not considered the final definition of who you are, but the starting point. You bring to the organization the following competencies:

    • Outstanding verbal, writing and presentation skills. Knowledge of presentation tools, such as Keynote, is essential.
    • Comfortable standing in front of C- and VP-level executives to conduct deliverable presentations, and be able to debate, discuss and defend our work.
    • Skilled at financial analysis and business case development.

The goal of frog strategy is to provide integrated insight into new opportunities. To that end, a Senior Strategist must be comfortable and proven in all of the following realms:

    • Understanding people – uncovering user needs and perceiving emerging user behaviors
    • Understanding business – helping our clients find new opportunities for market growth based on industry and market trends
    • Understanding brand – helping our clients craft their brand story and then bring it to life across various experiences, products and services
    • Understanding technology – knowledgeable and curious about new technologies, and being able to see them from fresh and user-oriented perspective
    • Understand clients – understanding the context of a frog engagement within the client’s broader priorities to identify synergies and mitigate potential conflicts
    • MBA (or equivalent) with strong academic performance, 2-3 years of experience in a brand-related role, and 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or product marketing
    • Experience in identifying and delivering on growth opportunities and bringing products or services to market
    • Hands on research expertise, from ethnographic and other qualitative research methods to quantitative methods (surveys, focus groups, quantitative analysis)
    • Excel modeling, and strong numerical analysis and statistics skills; SPSS a plus
    • Business level ability in English and a second language (ideally), every additional language is a plus
