    4. Sales Support:

    5. Safety and Security:

    - Monitor access to the hotel and maintain vigilance in recognizing and addressing any safety concerns.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
    - Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred, ideally in the hospitality industry.
