    Fusion Alliance is looking for a talented Inside Sales Representative in Indianapolis, IN that thrives in a B2B technology driven sales cycle environment.  The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making cold calls each day, working with channel partners, generating interest and have the experience to design inside sales programs. The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for driving sales for software products in the defined markets from lead generation through contract execution.  Work with executive management to conduct market analysis to identify new markets, influence sales strategies and drive processes that lead to profitable sales.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Developing and accomplishing lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets.
    • Ability to define and implement lead generation campaigns.
    • Ability to identify decision makers amongst the targeted segments and accounts in order to start sales process.
    • Cooperating with Marketing, Business Development Managers, and geography Managing Directors to determine essential strategic approaches for sales.
    • Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.
    • Supporting the partner communication channel throughout the sales interval.
    • Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market progress.
    • Providing effective solution pitches for end-user customers and secure introductory meetings.
    • Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
    • Attending industry conferences to develop industry expertise and to build network.
    • Understand the markets in which the company operates and effectively penetrate identified markets.
    • Conduct market analysis and segmentation to identify new markets to target.
    • Responsible for execution of defined sales strategies.
    • Effectively qualify sales opportunities.
    • Close business with clients through effective sales tactics, contract negotiations and leveraging the sales support and delivery leadership within the organization.
    • Attain and exceed established sales goals.
    • Assist management in the development of monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast and goals.
    • Accurately enter, update and maintain prospect information in sales management database and keep comprehensive and accurate client information.
    • Provide feedback from clients and potential customers to enhance product performance and service delivery.

     

    Skill and educational requirements

    • BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Business Management or related field, preferred.
    • Five years sales experience with a minimum of 3 years sales experience in Software Product Sales.
    • Experience in selling into the Energy vertical market preferred
    • Aggressive top performing sales professional with an established track record of driving the sales process from prospecting through closure.
    • Strong understanding of the Software Product selling cycle.
    • Ability to qualify opportunities and assess prospect value.
    • Excellent organization, communication and problem solving skills
    • Able to communicate complex technical issues with good presentation skills
    • Self-motivated and successful sales performance with minimal supervision.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop and maintain high level customer relationships.
    • Able to travel 25% of the time.
