About the Role:

STAMPER DEVELOPMENT GROUP LLC is looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead operations at our Sneads Ferry, NC location. Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily business operations and ensure efficiency across all departments

Lead, mentor, and manage staff to drive performance and maintain a positive workplace culture

Develop and implement operational strategies to meet company goals and revenue targetBuild and maintain strong relation

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards

Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth

Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership/operations role

Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills

Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

Experience in strategic planning and executing operational goals

Proficiency with business management software and reporting tools

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, not required
