• Reviewing Loan Packages : Checking for accuracy and completeness of information in the loan packages.
• Coordinating with Various Parties : Communicating with loan officers, underwriters, and closing agents to gather and verify information.
• Meeting Deadlines : Ensuring all documents are prepared and delivered on time for the closing process.
• Compliance : Making sure all documents comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
