OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a motivated, intellectually curious Talent Acquisition Specialist to help grow our world-class team at ghSMART. You’ll use your sourcing and interviewing skills to identify, attract and recruit candidate pool of passive talent to help us grow our organization. This role will provide opportunities for ownership, autonomy, and career development.
AS A TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST, YOU WILL
- Own the development and execution of sourcing strategies aimed at generating a consistent candidate flow to meet 100% of hiring needs with the primary focus of hiring consultants into the firm.
- Maintain a network of potential candidates through thoughtful engagement practices, building candidate rapport through trust, and acting as a candidate advisor throughout the recruitment process.
- As the first contact for ghSMART, accurately represent the value proposition for joining ghSMART during phone screens and in written communication.
- Partner with executive recruiters to deeply understand requirements of roles, team functions, and how they fit into the broader ghSMART team
- Sourcing using and up leveling our sourcing tools: LinkedIn, social media, internet job boards, and other creative search techniques
- Maintain the team’s applicant tracking system, leveraging functionality to improve process.
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall recruiting and hiring experience for both managers and candidates
- Internally, build relationships with consultants and staff to garner referrals for open searches.
- Advocate for DE&I initiatives ensuring to build a talent pipeline that is diverse, and fully representative of the talent market.
- Assist with the execution of special projects and other Recruiting Team initiatives.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- (Preferred) Previous experience sourcing or recruiting high caliber talent.
- A self-directed individual with a can-do attitude, willing to work in an energetic, collaborative, and fast paced environment, proactive in nature, and a proven ability to resolve issues with minimal supervision
- Ability to rapidly calibrate across a large talent pool to hone in on key candidates to drive ghSMART's growth.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a deadline driven environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Computer skills: Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Search, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
