Job Description Very busy Dog Hotel looking for a Customer Service Representative to add to our team. We are a friendly, fun and exciting team that needs a go getter to help make our customers #1. This is a very detailed, fast paced position. The position requires about 25 plus hours per week. Also requires weekend work. Do you like talking with people? Are you outgoing? TRAINING REQUIRES 4-5 DAYS PER WEEK FOR A MIN OF 2 WEEKS Must love dogs!!!! * Able to work early am and pm AND WEEKENDS******* * Must possess quality customer service skills! * Must be able to handle dogs up to 150 lbs * Computer literate, ability to learn boarding/grooming software * Able to answer multiple phone lines * Have a strong attention to detail * Have excellent communication skills * Ability to carry out general office duties * Ability to follow through with projects assigned * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Must love working with the public and dogs * Must be able to stand for 6 plus hours and lift 45lbs + * Ability to make our customers #1 Customer Service experience a plus!
