What You'll Do:
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients as you guide them through our range of outdoor property management solutions.
- Become an expert in our services, from landscaping and hardscaping to irrigation and maintenance, and match clients with the perfect solutions for their unique needs.
- Hone your sales skills with ongoing development as you work alongside seasoned professionals to achieve success.
Now for the Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell our programs and services to current and prospective customers through phone calls and emails to explain the services offered.
- Generate additional sales revenues by cross-selling to current customers.
- Answer questions to overcome resistance and objections, quote and estimate services, and negotiate with prospects and customers.
- Cross-Sell customer care solutions.
- Ask for referrals consistently.
- Complete Sales Campaigns assigned by Management Team.
- Accurate data entry of all customer information into CRM.
- Maintain payment at the time of sale standards.
Qualifications:
- Required – Bachelor's degree or greater from an accredited college or university or the equivalent of an associate degree.
- Required – 3-5 years of previous sales, customer relations, and/or management experience.
- Preferred – Prior experience in commercial and/or residential lawncare/and landscaping.
FLSA & Employment Status- Exempt, Full-Time/Base plus commission
