About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Administer medication and monitor health status as directed by healthcare professionals.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Help with meal preparation and planning nutritious diets.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document and report any changes in client condition to the care team.

Support mobility and physical activities to enhance client independence.

Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Valid Home Health Aide certification or equivalent experience.

Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to client care.

Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.

Reliable transportation and flexible availability for shifts.

Background check clearance and references required.
