    What you’ll do:

    Help provide a central creative vision for the HA experience (built environments) practice and work with other members of creative leadership to create a strong vision for our clients brand experiences overall. This role is also a strong partner to the new business team to sell the work and grow the experience offering.

    • Work with the creative leadership team to set the creative vision and experience design approach around built environments for HA
    • Manage experience projects both in our approach to doing the work as well as digging in with the team and leading them to produce amazing creative
    • Consult on all studio related projects in regards to experience design
    • Partner with business development to help sell the work as well as develop POV on clients business and methodologies to increase thought leadership of HA in the industry
    • Work with client service, strategy and other creative leaders to foster, build and grow new executive level client relationships
    • Lead the experience team – talent development, resourcing, feedback and reviews
    • Nurture and inspire experience department to consistently deliver exceptional work on every level

    Abilities & Experience:

    • Have full competency in experience design; primarily 3D/physical environments with the ability to lead digital/onscreen work as well
    • Excellence in persuasive storytelling
    • Ability to inspire confidence in clients and internal teams
    • Experience with Fortune 500 clients, executive level client relationships and skills
    • Collaborative genius and inspiration
    • 10-15 years of thought and globally relevant leadership experience 
    • Fluency with latest interactive technologies and trends
