Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor as they arrive.

Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.

Provide menu information and answer guest inquiries promptly.

Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area.

Assist in managing waitlists and communicate wait times to guests.

Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues with professionalism.

Support special events and promotions as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a hosting or customer service role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.

Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus.
