About the Role:

Ichigo Ichie RI LLC in East Providence, RI is looking for an enthusiastic and welcoming Hostess/Busser to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic front-of-house team where your energy and attention to detail will help create an unforgettable dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and timely manner

Manage waitlists and reservations, communicating accurate wait times to guests

Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain table turnover

Assist servers by removing dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, host stand, and entryway

Communicate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods during shifts

Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
