About the Role:

Join Willowchase LLC as a Hotel Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless experience during their stay. This position offers a unique opportunity to work overnight in a dynamic hotel environment in Houston, TX, while being part of a dedicated team that values excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy of guest accounts.

Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management.

Monitor and reconcile all cash, credit card, and check transactions.

Provide exceptional customer service to guests during overnight hours.

Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process for guests.

Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night.

Maintain the security and safety of the hotel premises overnight.

Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a high standard of service.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus.

Proven experience as a night auditor or in a similar role preferred.

Strong mathematical and analytical skills for financial reporting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
