About the Role:

Dhillon Hotel Inc in Great Falls, MT is looking for a friendly and motivated Hotel Restaurant Server to join our hospitality team! This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a dynamic hotel environment where every shift brings something new plus outstanding TIPS!!

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage offerings

Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to kitchen and bar staff

Deliver orders to tables in a timely and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setting and resetting

Process guest payments accurately, including cash, credit, and room charge transactions

Coordinate with hotel front desk and concierge staff to accommodate special guest requests

Uphold food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service compliance standards

Requirements:

Previous serving or food & beverage experience preferred, hotel restaurant experience a plus

Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling

Montana Food Handler's Permit or willingness to obtain upon hire

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol per Montana state regulations

Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays in a fast-paced environment
