About the Role:
STANLEY GB OPS LLC is looking for a driven and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Greensboro, NC. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive hotel revenue and occupancy growth
Prospect, solicit, and secure new business accounts across corporate, group, and leisure segments
Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
Conduct property tours, sales presentations, and client entertainment to promote hotel offerings
Negotiate contracts, rates, and packages in alignment with revenue management goals
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with hotel initiatives
Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends
Represent the hotel at local networking events, trade shows, and community organizations
Requirements:
2+ years of hotel sales or hospitality sales experience required
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
Strong knowledge of group sales, corporate accounts, and event/catering sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and CRM software
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
