About the Role:

Join our dedicated housekeeping team at The Tides by the Sea, where your attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will ensure that our beautiful seaside accommodations are clean, comfortable, and ready for a memorable stay.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.

Change linens, replace towels, and restock toiletries as needed.

Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.

Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management promptly.

Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and well-organized.

Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management.

Provide exceptional customer service to guests during interactions.

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.

Must be able to lift and move heavy objects as needed.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
